I wanted to start this year by thanking each and every one of you for being here. I am truly grateful for your friendship and support and am very much looking forward to continuing to explore compositions of food, art and design in 2024.
As some of you may know, I'm taking a sabbatical this winter, having enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu for a deep dive into the vegetal world. I'll be immersed in this rigorous program through Springtime. I will re-emerge alongside the ramps in April and cannot wait to share what I learn during my time here in Paris.
In the meantime, I will be updating my stories on Insta if you want to catch a glimpse into my culinary adventures.
